METHOD of ENGAGEMENT

Engagement
The number of participants will be limited to 2000.

      The entry fee is 75 Euros which includes the memorial trophy.
      The entry form can be printed out and photo copies will be accepted. For groups of riders (members of the same club etc…) the group form form can be used, signed by a representative of the group.
      Non-French riders may if they wish, pay the entry fee due when they collect their brevet card prior to the depart.

      Closing date for entries is 10^th June 2008.
      The entry forms should be forwarded to :

      Cheques to be crossed and made payable to T.C.G.

      Due to the costs of the organisation, entry fees will not be refunded if riders do not take part.
      IMPORTANT : IMPORTANT: If confirmation of entry is required, enclose a stamped addressed envelope along with the entry form and fee.
Incomplete or illegible entry forms will not be acceptable - cheques will not be cashed.
